If you are unhappy in any way with the product you have received from BootBiz.com, you may return these items for a refund or exchange, if returned within 90 days of receipt of merchandise as long as they are new, with all boxes, packing material, tags and packaging included and in new condition.
Shipping back to BootBiz is the responsibility of the customer. Again, return or exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer and not of BootBiz.com unless the order was shipped in error by BootBiz.com, deemed a defect by the manufacture or we agree to reimburse you for shipping back to us the maximum reibursement for shipping is $10.00 Our UPS Ground shipping out to you, our valued customer, is free.
To return or exchange your purchase, you must first obtain a Return Authorization from our customer service department. Click here to request a Return Authorization and state the reason for your request. To expedite your request, please include your order number and the date order was placed. If you would like an exchange please state the item your would like to receive.
If you would like a refund, we will give you a 100% refund of your purchase price less a $7.50 restocking charge. If you desire an exchange instead there is no cost to you (other than the difference of item retail price if you choose to exchange for a different item). For us to do this, please understand and follow these terms:
1) You have followed the shipping instructions include in your return email.
2) The item is in new, resalable condition. Boots must not have been worn outside and must be free of scuffs, scratches, dirt and sand.
3) The box must be protected for return shipping. (DO NOT apply shipping label or tape directly to the boot box. Please put the boot box in an outside box or wrap with some type shipping paper. If the box is damaged in any way, there will be a $10 repackaging charge deducted from your refund. If you do not return the box at all, a refund will not be issued.
4) If boots are shipped to any other address other than the address on the return shipping label we send you, there will be a 50% reshipping charge deducted from your refund.
5) Returns take 5-10 days to arrive in our processing center and take up to an additional 7 days to process, depending on the day they arrive.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your order, we will make every effort to do so. However if your order is already picked, packed and processed, many times it is impossible to stop it. In this case, a cancellation will be handled as a return.

Please call our toll free number 888-824-3613, and we can discuss your options. Boots that are possibly defective will be returned to the manufacturer's quality control department for examination. Please clean up any dirty boots and renew as good as possible. Dirty boots will be refused by BootBiz.com and the manufacturer. Below is the return schedule from the date of purchase and credit policy for footwear that is found to be defective.
0-45 Days = 100%
46-90 Days = 75%
91-135 Days = 50%
136-180 Days = 25%
Footwear found to have abusive sole and upper treatmen may not be returned for any reason. A register receipt must accompany all returns.
In all cases the warranty term begins on the date of the original purchase. With all returns, Return Authorization number must be clearly marked out the outside of your package. Please also include this information inside your package.
