BootBiz/JGear will accept returns within 30 days of shipment. BootBiz will always recommend trying the shoes on at home on carpeting to make sure the fit and feel is what is best for you. The shoes must be clean and free from wear and in their original box. Another phrase we use is that it needs to be in "store bought condition". Return or exchange shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. BootBiz will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment. There is no charge for exchanges. There is a re-stocking fee of $5.00 for each pair for returns. Again, all return or exchange shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
